The builder god of the Continent. He is said to have resided in Bulikov and is the one who created the Bulikov wall. Described in "Upon History Lost," Dr.Efrem Pangyui as a "man-like figure, twelve feet high, with the head of an eagle, standing on the port.", "an enormous statue, vaguely mannish, covered in scaffolding, yet it somehow manged to move.", or "beam of blue light stretching up to the heavens." As with many of the Divinity Taalhavras took on many forms.
